What this website does
Durham Basement Renovations is a referral service. We collect basement renovation enquiries from homeowners in Durham Region and pass them to local basement renovation professionals who serve the relevant municipality. We do not perform renovation work ourselves.
Enquiries and estimates
Submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract for renovation work. Any estimate, scope, schedule or price is agreed directly between you and the renovation professional who contacts you.
Information on this website about renovation scope, permits, costs and code requirements is general guidance only. Requirements are set by the Ontario Building Code and your municipality, and should be confirmed for your specific property.
Accurate information
You agree that the details you provide, including your name, contact information and property location, are accurate and that you are entitled to request work for that property.
Consent and contact
Enquiries are only shared after you give consent on the form. You may withdraw your consent or make a Do Not Contact request at any time by emailing info@durhambasementrenovations.ca.
